The Ace Electric Amped Program is a partnership with High Schools and Technical Colleges to provide juniors and seniors the opportunity to build work related skills, gain hands on training combined with education.

NESO-40 is a 40 hour New Employee Safety Orientation new hires joining the Ace family.  Participants receive training on Ace Culture, CPR, Fall Protection, MEWP, NFPA 70E, LOTO, OSHA 10/30 and much more.  

ProStart is a three-day program for inexperienced employees new to the electrical industry. The curriculum consist of both classroom instruction and hands-on training to prepare Helpers to work safely and more productive once they get to a jobsite.

Ace Electric's in-house apprenticeship training program offers our employees the opportunity to learn while you earn. Apprentices work in their field of study and are able to apply their learning almost immediately. Since you are working, you also earn a paycheck as you complete your apprenticeship.

 

The Foreman Training Curriculum is a six-month hybrid program that combines face-to-face instruction, monthly Microsoft Teams Meetings, and self-paced modules that employees will complete on their own though AU Online. The program is designed to provide the safety courses, technical skills, and leadership skills with convenience in mind.  

Ace Electric's Qualified Electrical Worker program developed in accordance to OSHA and the NFPA to assure that employees are trained and knowledgeable about tasks performed on electrical equipment, including safety measures, protective equipment, and task proficiency.
